Quick answers before you order or message us
Orders placed by 2 pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2 pm AEST are dispatched the next business day. We ship with Australia Post tracking. Standard delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days and Express is usually 1 to 2 business days to most metro areas. We deliver to street addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers.
Yes. Orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names on the label. Orders are sent with Authority to Leave as the default where Australia Post allows it.
If your order has not been dispatched yet, contact us with your order number and the updated address. If it has already been dispatched, request a redirection through Australia Post using your tracking link.
Contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law. We cover return postage for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
No. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept change of mind returns. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Expiry dates are printed on every pack. Store tests in a cool, dry place and keep them away from heat, direct sun, and freezing conditions. Do not use tests past the expiry date.
Ovulation tests detect an LH surge to help time your fertile window. Pregnancy tests detect hCG after implantation. If you are planning timing, start with ovulation tests. If your period is due or late, use a pregnancy test and follow the product instructions.
Results are generally more reliable from the day your period is due. If you test earlier and get a negative result but your period does not arrive, test again 48 hours later and follow the product instructions.
We can help with product instructions and timing basics, but we cannot diagnose a condition or confirm what a result means for your health. If you have severe pain, heavy bleeding, or you are worried about symptoms, it is reasonable to speak with a GP, midwife, or fertility specialist.
Start with your order number if you have one. Then add the email used at checkout. Include the product name and a short description of what you need help with. If it relates to delivery, add your suburb and postcode. If it relates to a test, include which day you tested, such as days past ovulation or days past your expected period, and which format you used, such as strip or midstream.
