How quickly do you reply?

We aim to reply within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, 9-5 Australian Eastern Time. Replies may take longer during public holidays, high-volume periods or when we need to check order details.

What should I include in my message?

For order questions, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For product questions, include the product name or test format. For delivery questions, include your suburb, postcode and tracking number if you have one.

Where is my tracking number?

Tracking details are usually sent after your order has been packed and dispatched. If you cannot find your tracking email, check your junk folder first, then contact us with your order number.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We can only change delivery details before an order has been packed or dispatched.

What if my order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Please contact us with your order number, a short description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking, such as a replacement or refund. If photos are needed to check the item, packaging or parcel, we may ask you to reply by email with images. We will review the issue and help with the appropriate next step under Australian Consumer Law.

Do you accept change of mind returns?

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept change of mind returns. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or otherwise covered by consumer guarantees.

Where can I get help choosing between ovulation and pregnancy tests?

For product choice, start with our product FAQ page, ovulation test range or pregnancy test range. We can answer product-use questions, but we cannot give personalised medical advice.

Can you help me understand a test result?

We can help with product instructions, timing basics and how to use the test format you purchased. We cannot diagnose pregnancy, fertility conditions or cycle concerns. If you have symptoms, repeated unexpected results, severe pain, heavy bleeding or concerns about your health, speak with your GP or another registered health practitioner.

Can you help with PCOS, PMOS or cycle concerns?

We can direct you to general education, including our Australian guide to the PCOS to PMOS name change. We cannot diagnose PCOS, PMOS, insulin resistance or hormone concerns. If you have irregular cycles, symptoms or concerns about your health, speak with your GP or fertility specialist.
