Ovulation Strip Tests

Take the guesswork out of pinpointing when you’re ovulating. Know when you’re the most fertile with our cheap and easy-to-use ovulation kit (opk) in our fertility Kit.

Fertility2Family has been assisting families in growing in Australia and worldwide by offering affordable, reliable, individually packaged, and quality-assured Ovulation Strip Tests and OPKs. This means you can test as often as you like without the financial stress.

Your most fertile days are the three days leading up to and including the day of ovulation. The highest chance of falling pregnant is to have sex on the day that you ovulate & the three days leading up to your ovulation. Knowing your body’s ovulation cycle will help increase your chances of pregnancy.

Our cheap ovulation predictor kits (opk) work by allowing you to detect your monthly LH Surge – the sudden and dramatic increase in Luteinizing Hormone (LH) present in your urine just before you ovulate. LH is the hormone that facilitates ovulation (the release of the egg). When you detect your LH surge with an ovulation test, you know you are at your most fertile.

How long after LH surge do you ovulate?

Ovulation occurs within 12 to 36 hours after a positive ovulation test. The only time to fertilise an egg is 6 to 24 hours after ovulation. This is why knowing your body’s cycle is extremely helpful in increasing your chances of becoming pregnant, making this All Round Fertility Kit one of your best tools to get pregnant fast.

How to use an ovulation predictor kit (OPK)

  1. Collect your urine in a clean urine collection cup. The best time to collect your urine is 10 am – 8 pm.
  2. Remove the ovulation predictor kit (OPK) from the sealed pouch.
  3. Immerse the ovulation predictor kit into the urine with the arrow end pointing towards the urine.

Do not immerse past the MAX (maximum) line. Take the strip out after 15 seconds and lay the strip flat on a clean, dry, non-absorbent surface.

Interpret the results after 40 seconds and before 10 minutes.

Ovulation test instructions

With all our Fertility Kits, we include easy-to-use ovulation test instructions that discuss the frequently asked questions and explain when to take an ovulation test, how to tell when you are ovulating and how to read an ovulation test and know if it’s a positive ovulation test.

Pregnancy Strip Tests

Stop playing the waiting game during your two-week wait. Our highly sensitive cheap pregnancy tests will give you quick, reliable results.

When to take a pregnancy test?

With our early-detection pregnancy tests, you can begin testing for early pregnancy up to seven days before your period is due.

Fertility2Family Pregnancy Strip Tests are affordable, easy to use, individually packaged, and quality assured. This allows you to start testing earlier and as frequently as possible without worrying about financial stress.

Pregnancy tests work by detecting Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin (hCG) in your urine. HCG is also known as the pregnancy hormone. Our early pregnancy test can detect hCG at 10mIU/ml, making them one of the best pregnancy tests for early detection.

Following our home pregnancy tests (HPTs), instructions can reduce the chances of receiving an evaporation line or false negative pregnancy tests. This is why we include detailed instructions with every Fertility Kit purchased. The pregnancy test instructions cover the commonly asked questions about using HPTs and how to get pregnant fast using our products in this Fertility Kit.

How to use a home pregnancy test

  1. Collecting your first-morning urine in a clean urine collection cup.
  2. Remove the home pregnancy test from the packet. Try to avoid contact with the absorbent end.
  3. Dip the pregnancy strip test to the max line. After 15 seconds, remove the pregnancy strip from the urine.
  4. Lay the test down flat and leave for three minutes. After this window, observes the pregnancy test result.

Do not interpret test results after 5 minutes. The urine will start to dry and fade, which can lead to evaporation lines on a pregnancy test.

All our products come with a minimum of 20 months expiry date; however, it is often more. If you have questions about ovulation test expiry dates in our Fertility Kits, contact us first.

Ovulation Thermometer

Ovulation Thermometer
Learn about your menstrual cycle with an Australian Ovulation Thermometer (The temperature method)

Take the guesswork out of pinpointing when you’re ovulating. Know when you’re the most fertile with our affordable and easy-to-use basal ovulation thermometer.

When charting your Basal Body Temperature (BBT), it’s important to take your temperature when most at rest, as soon as you wake up.

To assist you, the bellow features are included:
– Beeps once a temperature has successfully been read.
– Memory function, allowing you to access the reading later.
– Automatic Shut-Off to help preserve battery life.

How to use a basal body thermometer

The easiest way to use a basal body thermometer is to set your alarm, and once awake, place your Fertility2Family Basal Ovulation Thermometer in your mouth at the back under your tongue where your heat pads are in your mouth, and keep on sleeping until the thermometer beeps.

Your temperature will be read in about 30 – 45 seconds. Once the basal body thermometer beeps, you can remove the thermometer from your mouth and return to sleep until you are ready to start the day.

The auto-shutoff on the ovulation thermometer will turn off your device pretty quickly to help preserve the battery life, and the handy memory function will allow you to record and chart your temperature later in the day. It’s that easy!

We’ve also included a plastic travel case to keep your ovulation thermometer safe, plus we have answered all the basal thermometer frequently asked questions on our thermometer instructions. To assist with tracking your ovulation using the ovulation thermometer, we have designed a simple-to-use BBT tracking chart that is downloadable for free.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can a urinary tract infection affect my home pregnancy test result?

Urinary tract infections generally do not affect the results of a home pregnancy test. However, if you’re taking certain antibiotics to treat the infection, it could potentially affect the test results. Discussing this with a healthcare provider in Australia is always advisable if you’re uncertain.

Can I drink water before taking a pregnancy test?

Drinking a large amount of water before taking a pregnancy test could dilute your urine and potentially affect the accuracy of the test. Despite this, Australia’s Fertility2Family pregnancy tests are highly sensitive and can often accurately detect pregnancy, even with diluted urine.

How long does it take for hCG to show up in urine?

hCG can be detected in the urine roughly 12-14 days after conception. Australia’s Fertility2Family early detection pregnancy tests can pick up even low levels of hCG, allowing for testing up to seven days before your period is due.

What factors can cause a false negative on a pregnancy test?

Taking the test too early, not following the instructions correctly, or having diluted urine can potentially cause a false negative result. However, Australia’s Fertility2Family home pregnancy tests have clear instructions and high sensitivity, reducing the chances of a false negative.

How many tests come in each Fertility2Family Home Pregnancy Test Kit?

Fertility2Family Home Pregnancy Test Kits are customizable and available in Australia in various packs and sizes. Depending on your specific needs, you can choose a pack size ranging from 30 to as many as 200 pregnancy strip tests. This flexibility ensures you can test as often as necessary without financial stress.

What is the shelf life of Fertility2Family’s home pregnancy tests?

The shelf life of Fertility2Family’s home pregnancy tests sold in Australia is impressive, with a minimum of 20 months expiry on all products. This allows for early and frequent testing without the concern of the tests expiring quickly.
